This is a door-to-door service. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it will be on its way to the address provided. We use DHL and other well known courier companies, you will be able to track your order online. Please note our courier services may also make use of delivering your Parcel to a pep store with a secure pin, which will be sent to you.

Shipping time:
* 2-5 working days (depending on stock availability) we check stock weekly but cannot guarantee this due to delayed stock update from our suppliers, this does not happen, but in the event that it does we have to state such.

Tracking your order online:

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us. Please note that some times our suppliers take around 10 days to send us tracking details. Although this does not happen much, we are still bound by law to state such. We do have good relationships with our suppliers and or couriers, so we usually try and push them for earlier delivery.

Please note:

Shipment takes place within 48 hours of payment being received this excludes the delivery time, however we normally ship on the same working day or the next working day after receiving payment. The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorized. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorization code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.

Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays
