Returns

All items sold on TechnoGadgets.co.za are covered under the 100% Buyer ProtectionWe offer FREE returns as long as it complies with the terms and conditions of our site and policies. Should you need a refund please continue reading and familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions. Once you have done this, you may log a refund / return on our returns portal which you may access via your account.

Only products that are wrongly delivered and / or damaged from the manufacturer and / or during transportation will be allegeable for return, if you claim it was damaged, then it should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, please do not open and use, this will be rejected.

In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you.

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days.

After this period, if the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance and returns.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied due to the above mentioned criteria, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or refund you.

This Policy forms part of TecnhnoGadgets.co.za’s Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product
  • Damaged products should not be opened and or used to qualify.
  • Refund does not apply to Electronic devices that have been opened and / or used.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the process of your request or result in it being declined altogether.

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will arrange the return of the product from you at no charge. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to contact us immediately. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

 Damaged Products on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / return, please notify us within 12 hours of such delivery.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion, Products that have been used;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.

All our Products carry a 6 month Warranty, so if any item is defective after the 7 day return policy, you will be liable to contact the manufacturer, we will also assist as far as reasonably possible.

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item. If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse TechnoGadgets.co.za for the cost of returning the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you. Important to note, is that we will not be held liable and or accountable for any product that has been detained and or any of the conditions set out in the shipping and delivery section. We will not be held liable should you use a product and discover it is not compatible with any or all of your devices, it is your duty to ensure you order the correct product. We will however do our best and assist you as much as we possibly can. No refunds and or returns will be granted, should you have ordered a product that does not operate with any or all of your devices, such cannot be called a defect but a failure of you as the customer to ensure you order the correct product. Orders that are lost and or stolen during transit, will be covered by the insurance that Technogadgets.co.za pays on behalf of all Customers.

Please ensure that you order the correct item as returns to the USA are costly. Please note that you will be liable for 35% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to the USA and or any of our suppliers. You will be liable for the insurance of the product right up to the point it gets delivered to us, all these costs are applicable to you.
